- Solar calculator: the figures you enter, such as your electricity bill and location.

- Newsletter: your email address.
- Phone, email and WhatsApp: your contact details and the content of your messages.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time of visit, collected through cookies and server logs.

- To reply to your enquiry and call you back.
- To assess your site and prepare a solar proposal or quotation.
- To help with subsidy applications where you ask us to.
- To install, service and support your solar system.

7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months.
- Customer and project records: for the life of the system warranty and as tax and company law require.
- Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you are hired.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights

Information about PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana and other schemes is taken from public sources and may change without notice. Eligibility, subsidy amounts, approvals and payment timelines are decided by the government and the electricity distribution company, not by Surbhi Solar. We help with the application but cannot guarantee that a subsidy will be approved or when it will be paid. Please check the official scheme portal for current rules.
4. Prices and quotations
Prices or cost ranges shown on this website are indicative. The price that applies to you is the one in our written quotation, which is valid for the period stated in it.
5. Products and warranties
Solar panels, inverters, batteries and other equipment carry the warranties given by their manufacturers, on the manufacturers’ terms. Our own workmanship warranty is as stated in your written agreement with us. Brand names and logos shown on this website belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the products we install.
6. Images and project details
Some images on this website are illustrative and may not show our own installations. Project details and customer feedback describe individual cases and do not promise the same result for every customer.
7. External links
